Rohit Garodia is the founder and Managing Director of Pecan Group and he has over 15 years of combined work-experience. Capitalizing on his vast real estate knowledge and experience, strong financial and entrepreneurial acumen he has led Pecan Group to establish itself as a trusted organisation in the field of Real Estate Tech-Services, E- Commerce and Healthy Snacks industry. Since 2010 Pecan Group has grown to a large family of 100+ personnel.
Prior to finding Pecan Group he was the Director and Co-Head – Real Estate for JM Financials, one of India’s largest financial services institutions globally where he was responsible for originating and executing deals across a range of cities and asset classes for the JM Financial Property Fund and served on the board of its portfolio companies. Prior to this he was in the Investment Banking group at JM Morgan Stanley in the Corporate Finance coverage group. He worked on the demerger of Reliance Industries Limited and on the first entity- level FDI in real estate in India. Prior to that, Rohit worked with ICICI Bank in their Corporate Banking Group and founded a computer hardware start- up. Rohit is a fellow Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India where he was ranked among the top 1% of his graduating class.
Kumar Khatri, joined Pecan advisors in 2017 and is responsible for execution and generation of Investment Banking deals. He has nearly 4 years of total experience with 2 years focused on real estate valuations, Advisory and Investment Banking. Prior to joining Pecan, Kumar has worked with Cushman and Wakefield and J.P Morgan. Kumar is a Commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Purva Patil has been a part of Pecan since March 2016 and assists in managing the Portfolio Management business. She has played a vital role in developing Pecan’s Real Estate Asset Management Solutions (REAMS) platform. She comes with a fresh perspective into managing assets and portfolios of Clients and applies extensive problem solving and analytical skills. Purva is an MBA in Finance and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University.
Pranav Chaubal has been a part of Pecan since 2014 and assists in the operational side of the Portfolio Management business. He has played a vital role in developing Pecan’s Real Estate Asset Management Solutions (REAMS) platform. He has 11 years of industry experience with approximately 2 years of industry experience focused on real estate portfolio management. Prior to joining Pecan, Pranav has worked with various Financial Institutions like HDFC Standard Life, Anagram Stockbroking. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Mumbai University.
Prasad comes as a whiff of fresh air to the entire Pecan Reams team. Despite a relatively shorter tenure in the field, he has come to become one of the most reliable hands in managing company affairs. This, besides his basic skill of software programming, for which he is qualified with a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.IT). Equipped with a youthful charm, Prasad, doesn’t need a CV that lists a series of hectic projects during his five rigorous professional years.
Dhaval Maru is responsible for managing the entire IT architecture for Pecan Reams. He pursued a degree in BE in Information Technology and owned a technology setup with a team of ten IT Professionals before being a part of the company. At the initial stage of his career he started with his own commercial product walking media i.e. T-shirt with TV which gained him a huge recognition and reward, with the coverage in newspapers like Times of India, Mid-day, Sandesh. He also won Graham Bell award from the Aegies School of Business for the same product. He has also been invited to take lectures in Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Polytechnic by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education. His areas of research and teaching are System Architecture and Database Design, Software Development, Human Computer Interaction, Web Development, Ecommerce Application Development and Big Data Management. He possess an excellent eye to details with good logical, analytical and mathematical skills coupled with patience and perseverance.
Ashwini Patil has been a part of Pecan since November 2017.She is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications.Ashwini pursued a degree in BE in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University .
Tasneem Saudagar is an executive assistant to the Managing Director, Mr. Rohit Garodia. She plays a vital role in supervising Senior Staff and other office staff members and undertaking a variety of administrative tasks. She has total 8 years of work experience. Prior to joining Pecan, She has worked with Aramex. Tasneem is a graduate from Mumbai University.
Rahul Kindre had joined Pecan in 2016 and has been an integral part of the Real Estate Marketing and Broking Division. He has over 2 years of experience in Transaction Management in Real Estate. Over the years, he undertook Premium Luxury Residential Sales, Residential Leasing and Commercial Leasing. Rahul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University.
Vinanti Mestry is an Sr. Account Executive of Pecan Group. She plays a vital role in Accounts & Admin Work. She has total 8 years of work experience. Prior to joining Pecan, She has worked with Ultra Pest Control Services Pvt. Ltd.. Vinanti holds Master Of Commerce degree from Mumbai University.
